MISSING ITEM

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do? We package and ship everything ourselves from our Dublin studio so we take the utmost care in putting your order together exactly how you want it. In the unlikely event that there is an item missing from your order, please contact us, pop an email to care@chupi.com or call the studio on 00 353 (0)1 551 0352 and we will get the missing piece out to you.

FAULTY ITEM

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order? Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, mistakes are very rare but should you receive a faulty piece please contact us, pop an email to care@chupi.com or call our studio on 00 353 (0)1 551 0352 where we will take your order details and provide you with instructions on how to return your order. We will then send out a replacement piece as soon as possible.

AMENDING AN ORDER

Can I change my order after I've placed it? If you contact us, pop an email to care@chupi.com or call the studio on 00 353 (0)1 551 0352 immediately after ordering, we will do our best to amend your order before it is shipped.

INCORRECT ITEM

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do? Should you receive an incorrect piece as part of your order, please contact us, pop an email to care@chupi.com or call the studio on 00 353 (0)1 551 0352 with your order details, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your order at no cost, and send out a replacement piece as soon as possible.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
