EXCHANGES & RETURNS

100 DAY POLICY

We love what we make and we want you to love your Chupi piece every bit as much. We offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 100 days of purchase. If you received your Chupi piece as a gift and don't have a receipt we are very happy to exchange your piece for something else from our collection. EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to have the perfect piece so we would be delighted to offer you an exchange at no cost. Simply fill in our returns form and return your piece to:

We will get in touch as soon as your parcel arrives with us at the studio.

Please note, there is a €25 restocking fee for the return of earrings to cover the replacement of the ear hooks.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once you pop your return in the post to us, it will take a few days for the postal service to deliver it to our studio. We process all of our returns once a week so as soon as we have processed your return we will contact you. From the time your return arrives into the studio please allow 10-15 working days for your refund to be processed.

NO RECEIPT

What if I don’t have a receipt? Bought the wrong necklace? That’s not a problem! If you want to exchange your piece and don’t have a receipt, we can offer an exchange for a piece of the same value as your piece’s current price. Simply pop us a message on our contact form here.

NO RETURNS NOTE

What if I forgot to include my returns note? If you have forgotten to include your returns note just get in touch at care@chupi.com with your details and let us know to expect your return. If a return arrives without a returns note it will be booked into our system while we try to get in touch with the sender.

RETURNS RECEIVED

Have you received my return? Once we have received your return, we will contact you to let you know it has reached our studio and we’ll begin the process of your getting your refund/exchange to you. Please allow 10-15 working days processing time for your refund/exchange.
