Irresistibly drawn to “wild and natural things” Chupi’s signature aesthetic includes casting from real feathers and leaves, creating a delicate fine jewellery collection made for your inner magpie. Positioned in the affordable luxury market, Chupi is stocked in leading department stores and independents across the UK and Ireland. The brand is export focused and with fans around the world from London to Tokyo plans to expand into the US the future is really exciting. What you will do:

We are recruiting for a brilliant person to join our logistics team. You will have the experience and ambition to develop and achieve within a busy studio environment. Your role will be in logistics working alongside our production team, packaging and shipping out the sparkly things to every corner of the world. We are a small team so the ability to get involved in any aspect of the company if you are needed is essential. As well as shipping and managing orders, you work with our Production Executive to manage stock levels and there will be some light jewellery work for which you will be fully trained. You will report directly to our Creative Director and Production Associate with the role based in our Dublin 6 studio. You will work alongside our team in the studio, with our production manager in our Dublin 2 studio and the team in our retail store in Dublin 2. 

Who you are:

You are skilled with your hands and used to working with fine delicate pieces. Shipping and fulfilment needs to be carried out precision so you will need to be prepared to carry on with your work whilst the studio is busy around you. You will be working to quantity deadlines shipping out pieces. We love to innovate so if you see a better way to do something we are very open to valuable suggestions. We are a creative company, making jewellery in Ireland is a complicated business and we need someone who is excited by the thought of making that possible. Skills have as much value as qualifications, we want someone who has drive, enthusiasm and is willing to learn. What you have done in previous roles will be very influential, with proven technical skills a distinct advantage. We used cloud based software for all of our applications, including inventory management so you will need to be very comfortable with computers. The successful candidate will be interested in design (with some craft/ design/jewellery/ making experience an advantage), on the job training will also be provided. This is a predominantly a studio based role however you will be happy to interact with our lovely customers as and when required. This role is integral to our business and the successful candidate will need to act as a brand ambassador at all times. As we are a small company there is the potential to grow into other areas of the business if the need and desire arises, subject to your original role needs being fulfilled.


• Ability to work successfully in a cross functional team setting, as well as independently.

• Able to work to tight deadlines, but also set your own targets.

• Self sufficient.

• Brilliant organisational skills with a love of detail.

• Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Google Drive, Shopify, Xero, Dear Inventory would be a distinct advantage.

• Great communication skills, both written and oral.


• Coordinate with Production Associate to prioritise and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.

• Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.

• Assist Production Associate in preparing production plans.

• Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organised.

• Track orders through to finish Conduct quality control checks Innovate to improve production process.

• General admin assist and support in all areas of the business.

What next:

This is a full time salaried position based in Dublin 6 (subject to a probationary period). The role will be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with the possibility of extra days including the occasional Saturday if required.
