FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Your Chupi order will be shipped for free by registered tracked post to you anywhere in the world. Upon ordering, you will be sent a unique tracking number so you can check the current location of your package on your local postal service website as it makes it way to you. We ship to 63 countries all over the world everywhere from London to Tokyo, and work with global postal partners to ensure your jewellery gets to you swiftly.
100 DAY RETURN POLICY
We love what we make and we want you to love your Chupi piece every bit as much. We offer an exchange or refund if you decide to return your order within 100 days of purchase. If you received your Chupi piece as a gift and don't have a receipt we are happy to exchange your piece for something else from our collection.
