Your appointment is completely personalised and built around you, whether you want to see different ring stacks together or explore our range of beautiful gemstones up close. If you’re planning a proposal, rest assured that our appointments are very discrete and designed to help you keep things under wraps if needs be.

During your personalised appointment, we will answer all your questions and talk you through any of our collections – from classic diamonds or grey diamonds to our beautiful range of unique gemstones – and help you choose the right shape, metal and size.

What do I need for my appointment?

All you need is your phone or your computer and around 30 minutes. Here’s how it works:

1. Book your appointment

Use the booking form below to choose a date and time that suits you. Virtual Appointments usually last about 30 minutes.

2. Find a quiet, comfy spot

Your Chupi Jewellery Consultant will video call you via Google Meet, so choose a quiet spot and get comfortable with a cup of coffee (or a glass of sparkling!)

3. Sit back and relax

During the call, our Jewellery Consultants will chat through our collections, show you our sparkling heirlooms and answer any questions you might have.

4. Get the follow-up email

No need to take notes! After the appointment, you will receive an email with everything you discussed during your Virtual Appointment.
