What are Virtual Appointments?

Our virtual appointments are relaxed, personalised video calls with a member of our team from the comfort of your home. All you need is your phone or your computer and around 30 minutes.

You can schedule your virtual appointment at a time that works for you. Our jewellery consultants can have specific pieces ready for you to view live and in high definition during your appointment, or they can simply answer any questions that you have and help you explore our collections.

Our dedicated team will talk you through everything from picking the perfect stone to styling your ring stack or help with sizing. We follow up with detailed notes, links and pictures via email so you will have all the information you need to help you choose your ring.
