1. The Chupi Black Friday Early Access Offer and the Chupi Black Friday Offers (hereinafter referred to as the Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers) are available on selected pieces across the Chupi Collections and subject to availability.
2. The Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers are variable and may be subject to change depending on demand, sale location, delivery requirement, and or product availability.
3. The Chupi Black Friday Early Access Offer is available from 7am GMT on Tuesday 21st November 2023 to 12pm midnight GMT on Thursday 23rd November 2023 inclusive.
4. The Chupi Black Friday offer is available from 7am GMT, Friday 24th of November 2023 to 12pm midnight GMT on Tuesday 28th November 2023 inclusive.
5. All Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers are applicable only to orders placed between November 21st and November 28th (hereinafter referred to as the Chupi Black Friday Promotional Period).
6. All Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers are only applicable to orders paid in full.
7. Orders placed during the Chupi Black Friday Promotional Period whose payment has been facilitated by Humm shall be deemed paid in full and eligible.
8. Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers are non-refundable offers applied at the time of purchase and are deemed to have no transferable cash value.
9. Chupi Gift Coins can be purchased as part of the Chupi Black Friday Early Access Offers and as part of The Chupi Black Friday Offers.
10. Gift Coins purchased during all promotional events will be subject to a shipping date on or after December 1st 2023.
11. Previously purchased Chupi Gift Coins can be used during Chupi Black Friday Promotional Period.
12. Previously issued promotional coins cannot be used during Chupi Black Friday Promotional Period in line with previously issued terms and conditions.
13. Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers can not be applied to orders retrospectively.
14. In the event that we are unable to supply your chosen piece for any reason, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and reimburse your payment in full.
15. Returns & Exchanges on order during Chupi promotional period will be honoured within 30 days of delivery date and any associated discount or voucher or other incentive will be deemed void from date of refund.
16. Returned orders will be refunded less the value of any discount or voucher redeemed against any subsequent orders placed.
17. Bespoke, or personalised pieces and Chupi Gift Coins cannot be returned or exchanged.

In store Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers

18. Purchases made in the Chupi Flagship Store and the Chupi store at Brown Thomas Cork will receive a gift with purchase voucher, which will entitle the customer to a value discount against a future purchase.
19. Voucher values issued during the Chupi promotional period will be variable in value and dependent on the product selected for purchase.
20. The value of vouchers issued will be in line with discount values offered online and in line with terms & conditions.
21. Vouchers issued during the Chupi promotional period can only be used once and redeemed against one future purchase on or after December 1st 2023.

Online Chupi Black Friday Promotional Offers

22. Online orders placed during the Chupi promotional period are subject to variable discounts applied to the normal RRP of selected pieces within the Chupi collections.
23. With the exclusion of gift coins, online orders placed during the Chupi promotional period are subject to delayed shipping and will not ship in time for Christmas 2023.
24. Online orders received during the Chupi Black Friday Promotional Period will be made to order and will be shipped as soon as possible and no later than Mid February 2024.
25. Changes made to orders after purchase may be subject to extended delivery to be confirmed at the time this change is requested.
