From first sketch to final piece, your solid gold jewellery passes through 13 pairs of expert hands here in Ireland. Each stage is guided by care, skill and a deep respect for the materials we work with and the moments it honours.
Before your jewellery leaves our workshop in Ireland, each piece is carefully assessed to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault arises, every solid gold Chupi piece is protected by our Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee. This means that if a manufacturing issue occurs, our workshop will if possible repair it.
If you believe your piece may require attention under this guarantee, please contact the Chupi Customer Care Team. Once we receive your jewellery, our goldsmiths will carry out a full inspection to understand what is needed.
If the repair falls outside of our manufacturing guarantee, for example due to accidental damage or natural wear over time, we will always contact you first with a clear explanation and a quote before any work begins.

We recommend an annual service with our expert goldsmiths to inspect each claw and setting for any movement or wear. If we spot an issue, we will contact you with our recommendation before any work is carried out, keeping you in full control.
